Self-discovery is a never-ending journey. Our brains continue to grow and change throughout our lives, impacting how we view the world and ourselves. We all have seasons of growth in both life and business. Have you gone through significant changes in your life recently? 

I am thirty four years old and I think my self-discovery journey has only grown more intense with every year. Every time I start to get comfortable with who I think I am, another layer is uncovered and another life event pushes me into the unknown.

I was homeschooled and then went to college. I’ve worked in jobs that pushed me to evolve. I’ve been divorced twice and am a first time mom. I’ve struggled with ADHD and physical health for most of my life. And through it all I’ve created a business I love and have this huge drive to teach and be of service.

I haven’t always been able to pursue my business dreams and when I did, I tended to push too hard in my excitement and fall flat in burn out before ever reaching my goals.

Lately? I’ve been feeling the self-discovery itch like mad. I’ve felt huge pushes of inspiration and big waves of fear. I feel the change happening in and around me and I’m SO here for it!

I feel like it’s time. Time to dig deeper than I have previously been ready to do. And it’s time to take my business and my life to the next level. My mindsets, beliefs, and values are growing. I’m evolving and so are you.

I’m diving into the concept of approaching my business as if it were self-care and I invite you to do the same.

My social media posts are self-reflections and invitations for others to join me in that self-reflection. 

I’ve started a blog as a way to research things that are jumping out at me as important topics and I’m posting to share that research with you, in the hopes that you get as much out of it as I do.

I’m tailoring my business management and consulting services to allow me to connect with you in a much more intimate and supportive way.

And I’m starting a brand new membership to teach you how to do everything I’ve learned in the online business administration world. All those fun backend technical things that light up my excitement for organization and constant need for learning new things? Yeah, I get to figure out how to share it all with people that I’m invested in. As in, I'm invested in your seasons of growth.

So while self-discovery is scary and uncomfortable…I already see the fruit from this season beginning to form. I’m stepping into the fear of the unknown by grounding myself in what I do know. I'm open to learning and expanding.
